Lingenfelter calls on Sask. government to take advantage of recession... expand wind power in the province.

Smart move, Dwain. Not only does this provide a contrast to the Wall government's "Nuke-and-nuke-only" energy plan, but it will also help address some of the Sask. NDP's within-party concerns over green-energy policy.

Saskatchewan's economy is still booming while most other places is down. If the Sask. Party is going to be so beholden to its pro-nuke base that it won't take advantage of the opportunity to make the province into a leader in renewable green energy technology, then attention ought to be drawn to the missed opportunity, both in terms of the environment and economy. Getting ahead of the Sask. Party instead of merely reacting to them is a sign of good leadership and could bode well for the Sask NDP.

More of this, please!
