Saskatchewan to propose cell-phone-while-driving ban

This is one Wall-government initiative I think I can get behind, at least in principle.

It'll be interesting to see what the details of the legislation end up being. As cell phone use-while-driving is so incredibly widespread in urban Sask, enforcement could potentially be a nightmare for city police. What about handsfree speakerphones or bluetooth ear pieces?

It won't help much, hands free sets are not much better to use while driving.
