Disingenuity of Brad Wall's "Essential Services" legislation revealed.

The staffing levels that the Sask. Party's legislation dictates actually exceeds those that often exist under normal operation.

As a result, some services magically become "essential" during a strike that the government does not consider to be so under non-strike conditions.

Looks like the mask over that bit of anti-labour union-busting is slipping. While it might not be a win with the larger, apathetic public in the long run, good on Higgins et al. for continuing to draw attention to it.
