Paying the piper isn't as much fun as throwing around cash and promises.

Now that the bills racked up by the Wall government's fiscal irresponsibility are coming due, the provincial government is increasingly finding itself unable to deliver on some of the promises that it made, placing new, unplanned-for financial strain on Saskatchewan municipalities.

I hope the spending spree was worth it, Brad! It might have bought you some short-term popularity, but now voters are getting to see the consequences of it.
