There's nothing unusual about the request to prorogue

The CBC's "At Issue" panel weighs in on the recent prorogue of Parliament.

Of particular interest is the panel's unanimous rejection of the sycophantic nothing-unusual-to-see-here talking point that CPC water-carriers and hacks have been desperately disseminating across the blogosphere.

Yes, the request to prorogue parliament occurs with regularity. However, as the panel accurately points out, that's a disingenuous distraction from the unique circumstances surrounding this request to prorogue.
