Blogging Tory ponders the duty to torture.

Don't miss this piece by "Raging Tory" Justin Hoffer, where he articulately and coherently describes how torture violates the rights of the individual in favour of the common good, which bad because that's what socialists do and it's on the same slippery slope as eminent domain and as such it's what we should never do, except in the case of a bomb planted in a city and there is only one suspect, in which case you should not only torture that person, but also torture those close to him (wife and children) to extract information you think he might have.

Hoffer does include this caveat: No torture in hijacking situations; Afterall, you can just send in the special forces.

...Absolutely bloody brilliant.

Of course, I suspect Justin is one of "them". His mouthy behaviour is just camouflage.

So, let's hose down his genitals, get out the jumper cables and see what we can find out.

Eminent domain, y'know.

You'd think from a guy that's taken as much LSD as Justin he'd get the origin right.
