Weekly Podcast Roundup.

"The Professional Left" - by Driftglass and BlueGal: The two newly engaged (so sorry for neglecting to mention that last week!) bloggers discuss the importance & often forgotten importance of the labour movement, as well as the current mayoral politics of Chicago. You won't regret adding this intelligent & funny podcast to your podcatching software.

"Slate's Political Gabfest" - Emily Bazelon, John Dickerson, and David Plotz: The Slate team tackle what's going on in Libya, the Wisconsin union situation, and the never-ending conservative efforts to keep same-sex couples from legally marrying.

"Primetime Politics Weekend" - The CPAC weekly summary takes on the Bev Oda issue and speculates on what current polling could mean..

"CBC's Rex Murphy" : As of posting, the usual "At Issue" video isn't up on CBCs website, so instead I'm linking to last week's "Rex Murphy" with his take on Harper's haughtiness.

Oh, and if anyone missed last week's episode of "Virtually Speaking: Maple Syrup Edition" featuring Canadian bloggers Kevin Wood & John Baglow, you can find it in the archives here. Some great commentary there, so give it a listen if you've got some spare time!

Anytime, Blue Gal! I've been a big fan of the two of yours' podcast since its early days, and look forward to each new episode. You both provide some great progressive commentary, and I hope that others will discover it too!

BTW, congrats on your engagement!
