Coyne: Harper's coalition rhetoric is disingenuous, but he should continue flogging it?

Maclean's has a cover piece this issue by Andrew Coyne that's makes little sense: Coyne acknowledges both the dishonesty & hypocrisy of the Conservative Party's coalition propaganda, but seems to be all for Harper continuing to use it, albeit with a few tweaks.

Harper's been cynically treating Canadian voters as though they know jack about their parliamentary system of governance ever since his little prorogue stunt almost backfired on him. I think the more he and his party continue to do it, the more informed Canadian's will no longer be able to ignore that kind of dishonesty.
